6 POINTS OF HOW I LOST 200 POUNDS

I started this adventure on August 4, 2021, at a whopping 400 lbs after experiencing the deepest low in my life. It was from this low that I decided to change the road I was on. By changing my road, I have lost OVER 195 POUNDS! I want to share my trials and tribulations with you in hopes that they can help you with your personal weight loss journey. I have struggled with my weight my entire life; unsure of what or how to eat. There have been many attempts at fad diets, pills, and other things that worked for a while, but after trying these quick-fit band-aids, I always put the weight back on and then some. After my life-altering doctor’s visit on August 4th, I looked into several systems that opened my eyes to a whole new world that was waiting for me to join it.
