Ingredients

  • .125 oz. Balsamic Glaze

  • 6 Slices of Hickory Smoked Canadian Bacon

  • Qty. 6 Servings (3 tbsp) Egglands Egg White

  • .125 oz. Garlic Sliced

  • 1 oz. Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheese

  • 4.9 oz./Qty. 6 White Mushroom Caps

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Remove stems from mushrooms and rinse
  • Spray pan lightly with Chosen Pure Avocado Oil spray
  • Place Slices of Hickory Smoked Canadian Bacon for the base in each cup
  • Place mushrooms cap side down compressing the bacon
  • Pour 3 tbsp of Egglands Egg White into each mushroom
  • Place cheese in all the caps evenly
  • Let it rain garlic!
  • Sprinkle McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning on all the caps
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes
  • Remove, plate, add drizzle, and enjoy
