Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Qty. 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 3 oz. Green Peppers

  • 3 oz. Yellow Onion

  • 3 oz. Sweet Potato

  • 5 oz. Plumb Tomato

  • 3 oz. White Mushrooms

  • 3 oz. Yellow Squash

  • .25 oz. Kraft Fat-Free Mozzarella

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • 12 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Cheddar Fat-Free Cheese

Directions

  • Prepare and weigh: Garlic, Green Peppers, Yellow Onion, Sweet Potato, Plumb Tomato, White Mushrooms, Yellow Squash
  • Spray avocado oil onto the pan and bring to medium heat
  • Add .5 Cups of Water
  • Add and steam until the water is cooked down: Garlic, Green Peppers, Yellow Onion, Sweet Potato, Plumb Tomato, White Mushrooms, Yellow Squash
  • Add egg whites and cook through
  • Plate and add cheese and hot sauce to taste and ENJOY!
