Ingredients

  • 1 Ole Xtreme Wellness Tortilla Wrap

  • 3 Servings (9 tbsp) Egglands Egg White

  • 3 oz. Tomato

  • 1 oz. Fresh Basil

  • 1 oz. Kraft Shredded Cheddar Fat-Free

  • McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

Directions

  • Bring the pan to medium heat and spray with Avocado Oil
  • Place tortilla shell in pan and pat to seat firmly
  • Pour egg whites on top of the shell and cover for two minutes 
  • Slice tomato to desired thickness, six slices usually work
  • Place Tomato on half of the shell (The fold is coming)
  • Place Basil on tomatoes and sprinkle cheese over all of the egg whites
  • Sprinkle salt-free seasoning over egg whites
  • Here it is, do the flip and fold it in half! The non-tomato side flips onto itself
  • Cover and cook for 1 minute
  • Plate, cut, and ENJOY!
