Directions

  • Garlic Smash!
  • Chop Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Tomato
  • Grill and chop Chicken Breast (You can use pre-cooked)
  • Empty Pasta Zero Spaghetti into a strainer and rinse with cold water
  • Bring pan on stove up to medium heat
  • Spray the pan with Avocado Oil Spray and add 1/4 cup of water
  • Add Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Tomato and garlic, and saute
  • Cover and blanch for 5 mins
  • Add seasoning, several shakes
  • Add Pasta Zero and Teriyaki Sauce - cook for 4 mins
  • Top off with some fresh basil
  • Plate and ENJOY!
