Ingredients

  • 4oz Kale

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • Seasoning, Garlic Sea Salt

Directions

  • Cut kale into bite-size chunks
  • Spray lightly with Avacado Oil and season with Seasalt or preferred seasoning.
  • Cook in an air fryer for 2 mins at 400 degrees
  • Add hot sauce and enjoy

  • If the Stem gets too large remove it, try to use the Kale with the smaller steams.
