Ingredients

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • 5 oz. Tomatoes

  • 6 oz. Green Peppers

  • 4 oz. Red Onion

  • 4 oz. White Mushrooms

  • 8 oz. Liquid Egg White

  • McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning

Directions

  • Bring the pan to medium heat and spray with Avocado Oil
  • Add chopped Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Red Onions, and White Mushrooms
  • Mix, cover, and simmer for 2 mins.
  • Add liquid egg whites and seasoning to taste
  • Mix till egg whites have cooked
  • Plate and ENJOY!
