Ingredients

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning

  • 8 oz./Qty. 12 White Mushroom Caps

  • 1 oz. Red Onion Diced

  • 1 oz. Tomato Diced

  • 1 oz. Garlic Minced

  • Qty. 4 Servings (3 tbsp) Egglands Egg White

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Remove stems from mushrooms and rinse
  • Dice red onion and tomatoes
  • Spray lightly with Chosen Pure Avocado Oil spray
  • Place mushrooms on the baking sheet, cap side down
  • Place small amounts of red onion, tomato, and garlic in all the caps evenly
  • Pour 2 tbsp of Egglands Egg White into each mushroom
  • Sprinkle McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning on all the caps
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees
  • Remove, Plate, and enjoy
