Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chobani Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt

  • 1 Cup of grated and drained English cucumber

  • 1 lemon zested and juiced

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 1/4 cup of fresh chopped dill

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut English cucumber in working pieces
  • Shred English cucumber
  • Drain English cucumber, you can use a paper towel doubled up
  • Zest and Juice 1 Lemon (Keep seeds out)
  • Garlic Smash!
  • Pluck and chop the dill
  • Add Greek yogurt to the bowl as a base
  • Add the ingredients and mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
