Ingredients

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray ( 0 Calories)

  • .25 oz. Minced Garlic ( 11 Calories)

  • 4 oz. Cherry Tomatoes ( 21 Calories)

  • Half of a Spaghetti Squash: 16 oz. ( 91 Calories)

  • 3 tbsp. Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Cheese ( 240 Calories)

  • McCormick Italian Herb Seasoning ( 0 Calories)

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half
  • Scoop out the seeds (Save for later to roast)
  • Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Spray chosen pure avocado oil spray on the inside of squash
  • Season inside of squash with McCormick Italian herb seasoning
  • Add .25oz of minced garlic to the inside of the squash
  • Add 3 tbsp. of 3 tbsp. Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Cheese to the inside of the squash.
  • Add 4 oz. of cheery tomatoes to the inside of the squash
  • Lightly spray chosen pure avocado oil spray on over the top of the squash
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees or until squash is tender with a fork
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes
  • Take a fork and twist and stir up the inside of the squash
  • Either, eat in the shell or plate and ENJOY!
