Ingredients

  • 3oz chicken breast (cooked)

  • 1 slice of Joseph's Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread

  • 4 oz. tomato

  • 1/2 cup Michaels of Brooklyn Home Gravy

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Cheddar Fat-Free Cheese

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees 
  • Spray avocado oil onto the baking pan
  • Place flatbread on a baking pan and toast in the oven for 3 minutes
  • Remove flatbread and let cool
  • Slice tomato into 1/8" thick pieces
  • Chop chicken into bite-size chunks
  • Spread gravy evenly on flatbread 
  • Place tomatoes on the gravy
  • Place basil on tomatoes
  • Spread chicken and cheese over the entire flatbread
  • Place flatbread in oven for 4 minutes or until cheese has melted
  • Remove, cut, and ENJOY!
