MY WEIGHT LOSS VLOG – WHAT’S WORKING GREAT AND NOT!

Along this journey of dropping over 200 pounds, I’ve been ask a lot of questions ranging from: my meals, How often do I eat, drinking of water and exercise…. I always try to share everything that I’m doing in hopes to spark others or help them grow, and figure out this great challenge of relationship with food that I did. So I decided to start this video blog and going over everything that’s working for me and what’s not in hopes of helping others with the journey and challenges they are dealing with.
