Ingredients

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • .5 oz Balsamic Glaze

  • 13.75 oz┬áBrussels Sprouts

  • Kinder's Blend, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic

  • .5 oz Colonna Grated Fat-Free Cheese

Directions

  • Prep brussels sprouts by removing ends
  • Peel off out layer of the brussels sprouts
  • Boil brussels sprouts for 10 minutes
  • Drain, let cool, and pat down dry
  • Place in a bowl, spray with avocado oil
  • Add seasoning and mix
  • Use a mason jar to lightly smash and place on the air fryer rack
  • Place in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 400 degrees
  • Add Drizzle to taste and ENJOY!
