Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Spinach

  • 3 oz. Shredded Lettuce

  • 2 oz. Carrots

  • 3 oz. Tomato

  • 3 oz. Brussel Sprouts

  • 5 oz. Cucumbers

  • 3 oz. Sweet Onion

  • 3 oz. White Mushrooms

  • 1 oz. Fresh Basil

  • 6 tbsp Skinny Girl Italian Dressing

Directions

  • Chop to the desired size: carrots, tomato, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, sweet onion, white mushrooms, and basil
  • Empty contents in a bowl large enough to mix ingredients as well
  • Add dressing
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure the dressing is spread evenly throughout the entire salad
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • ENJOY!
