Ingredients

  • .125 oz. Balsamic Glaze

  • .25 oz. Fresh Basil

  • Qty. 8 Servings (3 tbsp) Egglands Egg White

  • .125 oz. Garlic Sliced

  • 1.25 oz. Grape Tomatoes (Qty 6)

  • 1.25 oz. Red Onion Diced

  • 1 oz. Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheese

  • 1 oz. Spinach

  • 4.9 oz./Qty. 6 White Mushroom Caps

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Remove stems from mushrooms and rinse
  • Dice red onion
  • Spray pan lightly with Chosen Pure Avocado Oil spray
  • Place spinach for base
  • Place mushrooms cap side down compressing the spinach
  • Place a Cheery tomato in each mushroom cap
  • Place small amounts of red onion, cheese, and basil in all the caps evenly
  • Let it rain garlic!
  • Pour 4 tbsp of Egglands Egg White into each mushroom
  • Sprinkle McCormick Salt-Free Vegetable Seasoning on all the caps.
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes
  • Remove, add drizzle, plate, and enjoy
