Ingredients

  • Chosen Pure Avocado Oil Spray

  • .25 oz Balsamic Glaze

  • 6.125 oz Liquid Egg White

  • 2.5 oz Red Onion

  • McCormick Salt-Free Seasoning

  • .75 oz Baby Spinach

  • 2.5 oz White Mushrooms

  • 1 Ole Extreme Herb Wrap 10 in.

  • 3.5 oz Tomato

  • 2 oz Kraft Cheddar Fat-Free Cheese

Directions

  • Chop vegetables into the proper size to fit on your shell 
  • Bring pan on stove up to medium heat
  • Pre-heat stove to 400 degrees
  • Spray pan with Avocado Oil Spray
  • Place the shell into the pan, centered
  • Add egg white and top with salt-free seasoning
  • Place toppings and vegetables onto the shell
  • Cover for about 4 mins
  • Once the egg white is cooked slide it into the stove, onto a rack for a crispy crust
  • The longer you keep it in the oven the crunchier it will be, keep an eye on it
  • Add Drizzle to taste
  • Plate, cut, and enjoy!
